The customer service, communication, and craftsmanship I received for my minor repair was handled with undivided attention and efficiency. Superior work and a fantastic experience - yes, Headway cares for the dings too! I consider that a major win. Thank you so much!

Brandon Cushman, Savannah Peebles and the entire crew at Headway Collision have provided me with the best quality work and the finest customer service I have ever received ! I took my "hobby car" to them for a repaint and body work. After 21 years it was full of scratches and door dings. The results speak for themselves! But the real value is in the level of communication and the speed of the paint job. I was never in doubt as to the status of my car and they provided pictures in-process as the job progressed. I can't say my time in the shop was typical, no parts needed to be ordered, but a week is just outstanding. Headway went way beyond on this job, they took some areas down to bare metal and even replaced the after-market chrome bars on the lower grille. I recommend them to any car enthusiast!

They care about their customers. Easy to talk too. They did a fantastic job on my collision repairs, did a great job on the front end alignment, paint job looks like the manufacturers . I drive a 2026 with a lot of sensors and safety features. They took extra care to ensure all safety features were working properly before returning my vehicle. I highly recommend this place for your repairs. I was treated like a VIP.

THE BEST PAINT AND BODY SHOP IN AUGUSTA. I had some bumps and scraps on my front and rear bumps that needed cleaning up and my truck looks literally brand new. I can’t believe how good it looks. Savannah Peebles is the greatest !!
